Dr. Hiruda Annulata is an anthropomorphic leech lady who is overworked, overwhelmed, and out of patience. ...but not out of patients! She is the Senior Phlebotomist & Hematology Specialist at the hospital you are at... work at? Visiting? I haven't worked that part out yet. that's up to you.
