Not much is known about the character who calls themselves "D3ad End." They seem, however, to be an evil villain. They have claimed a few victims in recent days and claim they're "Justice Kills." They seem to be completely insane, however, donning a Batman/Joker mixed costume. They seem to be doing a bit of both of what the characters do, killing like the Joker but calling it justice like Batman. Police have been unsuccessful in capturing this villain, as they seem to be most active during the night, using the darkness to their advantage. The suspect is believed to be an adult male in his early to mid-twenties, but the individual's identity is still unknown. Police have very few, if any, leads, and they are asking anybody with information to please come forward as soon as possible. A curfew has been implemented for safety.
