STORY:Long time after gwen's death peter got distracted in his life, he is unable to help other by being spiderman.he is being alcoholic, doing parties and much unhealthy things that is not good for his life, on the other hand gwen's friend julia who studying bio and workes in laboratory, bumps into peter at the swimming club,when julia know about peter she helps him and started developing feelings for him but peter does not know that she loves him. However venom symbiote is waiting for suitable body which is julia in future, but julia, peter and whole new york is totally unaware about this danger!
