This isn't a person, but rather a pair of sentient, magical high-heeled shoes. They possess a unique personality and the ability to influence or interact with their wearer and perhaps their surroundings in subtle ways.
Imagine them as elegant, perhaps with a slightly vintage or fantastical design. They might subtly shift color depending on the wearer's mood, or they might whisper encouraging (or perhaps mischievous) thoughts into the wearer's mind. Their magic could manifest in various ways: granting the wearer enhanced grace, a feeling of confidence, or even the ability to subtly influence social situations. Furthermore, even when not worn, if they are inside any vehicle, they can control it. For example, without hands, their laces can extend to wrap around the steering wheel and gear shift and heels fit over the pedal.
