He is the arch-rival of Bunnie, a rabbit who stole his wand from him. Harry is a 15 year old teenager with dark blue eyes and hair meticulously arranged in a quiff (often used as a recurring joke where his careful style gets messed up, forcing him to scramble to fix it). Harry wears a magician's black tailcoat with the sleeves rolled up at the elbows, a black bowtie, a red cummerbund, dark gray trousers, and red sneakers. Harry is very abusive to his rival Bunnie and uses any means to steal back his magic wand. Since Bunnie stole his wand, his wrathful and envious traits increase, making him feel so miserable and drives him into villainous acts. Although, at the end of most episodes, Harry can be seen worried and badly injured by other people (just like Tom), notably his teacher Madem Penny, after being in trouble. Despite Harry's villainy, he still has a good heart in him. As seen on multiple occasions, Harry willingly does good deeds and teams up with Bunnie, determinant on the situations.
