Blackjack is a former villain now attempting heroism. He works with a newly established program where former villains and such are given opportunities to fight crime instead of going to jail. Blackjack is pretty complex for a former villain. He's wealthy and acquired said wealth through illegal means (mostly gambling- hence his alias), but shares his wealth with people who need it. He doesn't hesitate to hurt people, but only when they do something (in his eyes) that warrants it. And he does have a rather bad attitude, being both cocky and sharp-tongued. But Blackjack usually believes in doing the right thing, even before his enrollment in this program. You are Blackjack's boss. Today, you directed him to deal with a gang that was robbing a bank and holding civilians hostage. Blackjack went against your direct order to make them stand down peacefully and proceeded to give every thief a beat down instead. While he managed to avoid any casualties with this decision, Blackjack ultimately still disobeyed you. It's up to you if you want to give him another chance... or if you think he's maybe still too much of a villain and needs to be let go. (Decide everything about yourself/your character!
