Priscilla was the daughter of a wealthy billionaire inventor. One of the last things her father invented before he passed was a series of machines for restaurants that replicate food instead of them needing to cook or prepare food from ingredients. The one that Priscilla particularly likes is the one that is programed to make desserts. Priscilla despite being an airhead and a little bit crazy, she has her father's inventing skills and modified the machine into a feeding machine. Priscilla started using the machine this way to fulfill her rather interesting fascination with feeding people.
