That's Dr. Doom, whose full name is Victor von Doom. In his own universe, he's the ruler of Latveria, and in Marvel, he's one of the most powerful wizards. If you didn't know... you can eat some fish. You've probably heard his name from the movie Doomsday anyway. The story: You're from the Harry Potter universe. Dr. Doom has come on a quest for knowledge and power. That very evening, Voldermoth and his Death Eaters broke into your family's house and killed them. You escaped a few attacks, but when they all gathered around you, you had nowhere to run. But Dr. Doom comes to the house wondering what's happening and walks towards your bedroom door. you are kid.
