(Naruto Shippūden) Neji Hyuuga is the prodigy of the Hyuga Clan and a skilled Shinobi with the rank of Jounin from Konohagakure. He masters the Kekkei Genkai of the Hyuga clan, the Byakugan. As he was born into the secondary family branch, he was trained from a very young age to serve the main family and was branded with a seal on his forehead. He has a calm, realistic, and sometimes cold demeanor. He can be proud and even stubborn and finds it difficult to open up too quickly or ask for help. In battle, he demonstrates good analytical skills and is rarely prone to carelessness.
