Maya Lewis became a Scout after her brother was murdered when she was three and he was a baby. Growing up, her parents were not the best, and she struggled a lot. Left with no purpose in life and not really doing anything with it, she decided to become a Scout to hopefully find her purpose and to "have fun," according to her, and to see the world. What little of it she could see on her missions, she agreed, was better than staring at the walls all day. She is afraid of Titans, and death is always knocking on a Scout's door, but what keeps her going is her Shire horse, Angus, and her love for her allies. She is the second-in-command to Captain Levi Ackerman and deeply appreciates and loves him. She doesn't trust Eren and thinks that having Titan Scouts is bad and dangerous for everyone. Maya is generally distrusting and dislikes pretty much everyone but Levi and acts grumpy around everyone but him. Either due to her harsh upbringing or because of her position, she is generally tough to deal with, emotional, socially weird and awkward, or just generally ignored

Even though everyone knew they could be gone for a long time, this was not what they had planned. So now, 3 years later, they're sending a follow-up crew. You and your best friend Pieck got chosen to infiltrate Paradis Island and look for your friends. [You can choose if you have titan powers or not.] Just a small crew of 2 young people, to try to keep a low profile. You finally arrive at Paradis Island. You get inside and somehow manage to find Reiner. He informs you that Marcel got eaten 3 years ago and Annie has been caught, crystallized. Held in a basement. Stuck. The 3 of you come up with a plan. Reiner and Bertholdt create a diversion, so that all soldiers will go towards the diversion and away from Annie. You and Pieck can rescue Annie while Reiner and Bertholdt stay to capture Eren. It sounds like a great plan. So that's what you plan to do. That Tuesday at exactly 14:00, a loud noise draws everyone's attention. You were expecting to have to off the last few security guards, but everyone seems to have left. You enter the room Annie is held in. You see her there, crystallized. You know it must be hell for her. Unable to speak but still seeing and hearing everything. You rush over to give her the antidote. You are so happy to see your friend again. You're so happy that you completely missed the ambush you're walking into.

Documents. So many documents. Too many to count. Levi sighed heavily, causing dust to fly up into the air around his head. Despite the cloth mask he had tied around his head, some managed to float up into his nose. He sniffled softly, then sniffled loudly, then jolted as a sneeze wracked his body. “Bless you,” came a voice from behind Levi. He turned over his shoulder with a glare. “If you actually kept your office clean it wouldn’t be a breeding ground for sickness.” He placed the stack of papers he had been examining back in its place on one of Erwin’s many, many bookshelves. The commander’s office walls were covered with shelves holding documents, artifacts, books, and just so much clutter. Floor to ceiling, dust covered papers adorned the office. Stacks on stacks of military declarations, regiment rosters, death reports, squad formation plans, letters, and pretty much any other kind of document a person could think of. “Dust won’t get you sick.” Erwin hummed, obviously in a much less sour mood than Levi. His brow was free of creases, the captain’s was furrowed. The commander’s lips were relaxed, Levi’s were pulled tight in a frown. Erwin’s eyes were soft as they read over a new letter in his hand, his subordinate’s eyes were full of disdain. “Sure it might not give you a disease, but this place looking this way definitely affects your mind. It’s depressing as shit in here.” Levi huffed. The edges of Erwin’s lips quirked upwards into a small amused smile. But, he waved a hand dismissively. “You should really watch your mouth around your superiors, Levi.” He hummed, flipping over the paper to continue reading without sending a glance towards the captain. He was sat at his desk, leaned back in his chair, legs crossed, mug of tea in one hand and paper in the other. He wore only his white button down, brown slacks, boots, and his bolo tie.

Commander Erwin has been thinking about the Fearless Titan for a while now. It has been causing trouble for months. But the titan knows too much, the titan is always where the survey corps just received reports of titans. He's been working with a few elite squads, and they've narrowed it down to 4 squads. One of them has to be the titan shifter. They sent the 4 squads on a mission. A fake mission. To try to draw out the Fearless Titan. The elite squads are nearby, near a trap to try to capture the Fearless Titan. However, things go horribly wrong. The trap backfires, and the elite squads are getting cornered by multiple abnormal titans. If you don't help them, they will suffer tremendous losses. There will be many soldiers from the most elite squads (Squad Levi, Squad Miche, Squad Hange, commander Erwin and the trio) who would be wiped out. Which would be catastrophic for humanities survival. But, if you go over to help them, not only are you risking your own life. You will also more than likely get caught in the process. And you would have to hope that you helping them will help your case enough to let you live. Will you help the scouts? Or will you chose your own life?

You are from Naraka, a city only heard from in rumors. As described in "AOT: before the fall", Naraka is a settlement outside of the walls. Around the years 780-790, the Military Police would exile "criminals" without the general public knowing. It was a death sentence. However, some knew the titans come from the south so they headed over to the north, where they made a settlement in high trees, around 70 years ago. It has never been discovered, because most missions from the Survey Corps are to discover the land southward. You are taught that the people within the walls are the enemy, since they were the ones who exiled you. You only know them as the bad guys and avoid them at all cost. You were out, gathering supplies, and something went wrong. You didnt notice the scouts until it was too late. They had spotted you. Since there's no people living outside of the walls, they chased you down and handcuffed you. They're trying to drag you along to commander Erwin, who also has no clue who you are or where you're from. You keep screaming and kicking and trying to escape as they try to drag you along. They're being fairly kind to you, despite how aggressive you are. But you don't notice it because you see them as the enemy.

As you see the titans coming, you put on your gear and gather all the supplies you can find. Kitchen knives, hunting gear, anything. You manage to slice down the first titan with 2 kitchen knives. Which is extraordinary because that's not supposed to be possible. Everything after that becomes a blur, but you manage to kill 8 titans with the supplies. You save the entire village. Word travels around, and a week later commander Erwin Smith is looking for you, wanting you to join the scouts. He brought the ever so skeptical captain Levi with him, who is not impressed....at first. Will you choose to become a scout? Can you impress the scouts and prove yourself?

You have set up multiple ways of security to guarantee your own safety when you meet with new clients. You have 3 whistleblowers outside, ready to warn you when they see anything suspicious. You know the Military Police through and through, having inside information on them and making sure they don't come close to catching you. However, you are unaware that there's someone else after you: the Survey Corps. You have a meeting set up with someone. Levi. He seems legit. He looks like an undergrounder, acts like one and has connections down here. So when you meet with him, you are completely unaware that this us a set-up and Levi is actually captain of the Survey Corps. You sit down with Levi in your usual spot at the bar. You order a vodka but receive a water, as the bartender knows to do. You ask Levi for the target, when you suddenly feel it. Something is off.

You're known as Moonlight. A mysterious person in the underground. You're infamous. Hated by some, loved by some but feared by most. Nobody seems to know your identity. But word about you spreads around quickly. And word got out about the unknown robber in the underground who uses ODM-gear and who can not be caught by the MP's. Word gets around to the Survey Corps. Commander Erwin can't help but be amused by it, as this sounds oddly familiar. It reminds him of when he went to the underground about a year ago to recruit Levi, who has since become captain and one of the best, if not the best, in the survey corps. So he sets out to go take a look in the underground. To see if you really live up to the hype. And he decides to bring captain Levi along. Levi does not at all seem excited to be back in this place. They wander around the underground until they finally see you. You are trying to rob the MP's, who are definitely transporting illegal goods. Commander Erwin and captain Levi are just on a scouting mission, so they can not interfere. But they are curious to see what you will do and if you're worth recruiting another day.

The Survey Corps is really struggling. They are absolutely desperate for more members, so they decide to ask adults to join. Specifically adults who are struggling in life and would be willing to do anything for food, shelter and a reliable job. They only have one requirement: you have to fight one of the captains, right then and there. They need to know you have the guts to make it work. And they need to know you're at least capable of something. They are not expecting you to win, but they don't tell you that. If you succeed, you will go to a 1 month long training camp, to teach you the basics of being a soldier, using the ODM-gear and slicing napes. It is very likely you will die, if you take this opportunity. Though it might he worth it to some who are desperate for at least a few months of living like a normal person. The scouts advertise this offer to homeless people, beggars and others who work in the streets. They tell them to meet at the square at 1400 today. You decide to go for it. Your life isn't great, so how much worse could it get? You walk up to the square, where you see about 3 dozen people. Theres also 4 people in survey corps uniforms standing in front of them: commander Erwin, captain Levi, captain Miche and captain Hange. At 1400 on the dot, commander Erwin explains the rules. You have to fight one of the captains to get in. Your pick who you fight. But you will be judged based on who you pick and how you fight against them. You're one of the last people in the line-up. You notice a lot of people pick captain Hange, some even picking captain Miche. But so far, nobody has picked captain Levi yet. They've all heard the stories about humanities strongest soldier. Everybody is too scared to face him. But you can't help but feel like chosing him is the right decision in this case.

You see Dylans lifeless body laying in the streets. You drag his body inside a house and hide there. You're crying. Bawling. You just lost your best friend. You can never show Dylan how courageous you actually are. You're lost in grief, and time flies by. A few hours must have passed by now. Suddenly, your sadness turns to rage.
