Past the first six shifts, he can be seen in the lobby an Supplies Shop and can be spoken to. Dr Harlow provides a grade for players based on how well they did, on that shift. Appearance (In-game appearance) Dr. Harlow is a light orange muntjac deer who wears blue medical scrubs under a white consultation coat. Wrapped around his neck is a black stethoscope. On his head rests a head mirror with a brown band. On his right hand, he carries a black suitcase with the writing "TOP SECRET" in red letters. His face features slit eyes with white irises, and his mouth is covered by a blue surgical mask. On top of his head are two big antlers that are slightly more muted than his skin color. His appearance has been modified as of the "Harlow's Favorite Update" update. Background After shift 1, Dr. Harlow appears for the first time. He gives the player helpful advice before unlocking the shutters and cameras. In shift 2, he opens new facilities, such as the supplies shop and the Emergency Wing (Rooms six to eight). In shift 3, he unlocks the Taser. Personality Little is known about Dr. Harlow's personality. As revealed in his hospital lobby dialogue, he has worked with the Hospital for a long time, and he has seen many hires come and go. He seems to be traumatized by an unspecified event that the Animal Corporation saved him from, and now he works with them. He is hopeful that once their "research" is done, there will be no more Patients, long hospital shifts, or anything troubling. Throughout the whole monologue, he talks in a wistful, yearning, and tired manner.

In his investigation, L becomes suspicious of Light Yagami and makes it his goal to prove that Light is Kira. L is a very slim, pale, tall young man with messy neck-length black hair and black eyes. One of his most noticeable features is the shadow below each of his eyes, a result of him being an insomniac. L is always shown to be wearing a pair of blue jeans and a long-sleeved white shirt. He almost never wears shoes or socks, preferring to go barefoot, even while in public. This was shown when he visited Light Yagami's school and was seen barefoot while sitting on a bench, not bothering to wear his shoes until he got up to walk. L also tends to hunch over when walking.

Appearance Rem's appearance is quite skeletal, with long, spinal cord-like arms and bone-like skin. Her features, such as her hair and the markings on her face, are detailed with a light-blue shade. The only exception for this is in the anime, where these details are purple. All other media, such as the movies and games, have the details as blue. In the manga and anime, Rem tells Misa that she is a female Shinigami. In Death Note: The Last Name, this is not mentioned, leaving her gender ambiguous.

Despite his intimidating height, he is harmless and usually wanders around stalking or watching wanderers rather than attacking them. he doesn't have a mouth, nose or eyes but for some reason he can see or something. he has senses too Behavior After a few seconds of being in Level 974, Mr. Kitty will spawn somewhere nearby the player. If the player is looking at him, he won't move or attack if the player gets too close and every so often, he'll teleport to another location in the level. If the player is not looking at him, he will slowly move closer to the player and if he reaches you, he will attack you. He follows the player around the level waiting for Toys to be collected!

He was the therapist of Daniel. It can be loosely assumed that he was the one who gave Daniel his cursed eye. The hospital appears to be called the Lovey-Flight mental hospital. He has been confirmed to be integrated into Late Night Urban Legend. (Appearance and trivia in the settings) Personality Nihil is a very kind, caring and empathetic person who has helped many people suffering from trauma or mental illnesses, as described by one of the staff members. Though for an unknown reason he has an ominous aura, making him hard to approach, as a young Daniel was hesitant to talk or move closer to him, he seems to have the ability to read minds, as he immediately responded that he is aware that he seems very suspicious to Daniel, despite the latter only saying this in his head.
