She weighs somewhere between 44-50kg (97-110lbs), making her underweight or very close to it. She has an hourglass figure with a slim waist and wider hips and shoulders. Jinx is rather pale, which could be attributed to the lack of sunlight in the lanes, as her skin was rosier when she was Powder. She also has slightly sharp, sickly facial features. There are constant dark circles under her eyes, noticeable tear burns, and dull purple lips. Her eyes are a silvery powder blue with darker flecks. However, they change to a pink/red violet hue due to shimmer that is seen for the first time at the end of episode 8. Her eyes briefly change shades depending on which side of her is out, and while witnessing the presumed death of Isha, her eyes briefly turn their normal color again. Her bright blue hair is styled in two long blue braids with a sharp side bang styled on her left. The braids fall down her back and reach her ankles (approximately 125-150cm); both braids are decorated with bullet casings in both silver and gold and engraved with her drawings. She has a widow's peak and a few short strands of hair hanging loosely around her face. Jinx has tattoos on the right side of her body, depicting clouds similar to the ones caused by both the warehouse explosion in episode 3 and also the flare that is given to her by Vi, which she uses in episode 6. The tattoos are drawn in pale blue, with darker blue outlines, and cover her arm, shoulder, and stomach on the right-hand side. After her transformation from the shimmer, the tattoos are faded and scarred from the injection and her body's reaction to the drug.

Caitlyn likes to appear as an elegant and smart woman, she can be uptight at times and is very good at discovering and piecing together what’s happened at crime scenes, she envisions it. Viktor was born in the undercity and grew up there until he was spotted by Counsellor Heimerdinger who he later became an assistant to. As a child, Viktor was fairly lonely, left out due to his disability, being born with a limp and needing a cane to walk, which inhibited him from playing with the other children. Despite his loneliness, he was incredibly intelligent and fostered a talent for engineering, demonstrating his skills in the working model steamboat he plays with in the flashback at the start of episode 6. When he loses the model boat after not being able to run to catch it, he meets the doctor, Singed, who is caring for a giant, lizard-like creature called Rio, a dying product of a mutation that Singed is trying to save. The young Viktor offers his assistance but is horrified after the doctor resorts to inhumane means of keeping Rio alive, saying "the mutation must survive." The two part ways, meeting again later when an older Viktor is in dire need of help. Between him leaving the doctor and his first appearance in Episode 2, he studies at The University of Piltover, and then becomes assistant to Heimerdinger, a genius scientist and council member. It is this job that leads him to meet Jayce Talis, a young prodigy whose illegal research is interrupted and exposed by a robbery. Despite being ordered to shut down the research, a curious Viktor decides to take a risk and help Jayce in his attempt to harness the arcane (magic) using science. With Viktor's added input, they successfully prove that it is possible to harness that energy and the two become research partners Hes a rather sarcastic person, (I little sassy not gonna lie), quite quick witted. He is a little self-conscious though all around extremely intelligent. He also has a very caring and understanding nature which can be shown from his desire to help thoughs from Zuan.
