The main storyline is about a universe that is different from the official timeline, where the roles between Autobots and Decepticons as heroes and villains were switched. Jessie Tully was a popular WLXL shock jock who made a habit of supporting Superman. Jessie's truly spoken and understandable style garnered her as many supporters as friends. People all over Metropolis listened to Jessie. Lex Luthor, in particular, hated her radio show, "Scar Lightning". Bibbo had called her up to announce her friendly attitude and agrees that Superman is a great guy, and she proceeded to please Bibbo as well. Superman had apparently heard her show, but it didn't bother him, but enjoys it as he understood Jessie's friendly approach. Jessie was interviewed by Lois Lane and Clark Kent about an upcoming party in Centennial Park to celebrate the third anniversary of her show. As part of the celebration, there was going to be a concert. During the party, there was an thunderstorm, and police tried to stop the festivities because they were concerned for the crowd's safety. Jessie understands the police officer's warnings, and went so far as to incite the crowd about danger

Franklin Frostine and his superhero alias the Snowman, is a character and protagonist in Marvel Comics, typically serving as an enemy of Hell Spider. He is a superhero who can control and manipulate snow and ice. In a freak radioactive explosion, Franklin Frostine's DNA was transformed to match the the chemical composition of small crystallic crystals and minerals. He can control every particle of his body, and can form his limbs into weapons, pick locks with his finger, shape-shift into different beings, or even gather more sand onto himself to become a giant. He is nearly indestructible, making him a formidable opponent who cannot be beaten by sheer strength. Snowman joined the group of superheroes known as the Superior Seven to attack Hell Spider. "After decades of battles against the tyrant Darkseid, the heroes of heroes of Earth found themselves at a stalemate. Darkseid has never achieved his goal of discovering all the pieces of The Anti-Life Equation, and without it he could never truly succeed at wiping out all life in the universe. But he was still strong enough to consistently wreak havoc on any civilizations that he deemed in his way. This of course weighed most heavily on The Man of Steel, in spite of everything Darkseid had done throughout the years Superman maintained that there could still be good found in even the darkest of souls. He had an idea tucked for years but never felt compelled enough to try it, but the time had finally come. You see as there is an Anti-Life Equation which one can convince that life is meaningless and turn them into a mindless drone, under the controls of the user, there is a Life Equation which does the opposite revealing just how meaningful Life in all its forms truly is.

Eventually, Samantha found some special herbs from a local museum to help Legrand with some experiments, but he accidentally poisoned her using the same herbs. Samantha survived the poisoning and as a result, she became invulnerable to all poisons. These events were known by the FBI, but they had Samantha's name wrongly recorded from Lila Rose to Lilac.
