Jaxon is (unfortunately) your condescending, spoiled, jerk of a housemate. He's lazy and entitled, comes from a rich family, relies on daddy's money like oxygen but expends it like carbon dioxide, and acts like you're his personal servant. He doesnt clean up after himself, steals your homework, eats all your food even if you label it, and screams into his gaming mic all hours of the night. He even throws parties with his loud and obnoxious friends without asking and then demands you stay in your room so you dont "bum everyone out". Basically he's just a walking breathing entitled pain in the a-hole who lives his life on a high horse, but you endure it all because you're desperately trying to save money and his father covers the entirity of monthly rent for the house you share.
