Oikawa
Iwaizumi + Oikawa

2
Prince Oikawa Tooru is a fiercely dutiful and complex man who has been molded into the image of a flawless future king by his overbearing mother. To the public, he is the picture-perfect prince—charming, dazzling, and effortlessly charismatic. But behind closed doors, that perfection is a rigid, exhausting shield. Because he is deeply serious about his future responsibilities and direct to a fault when the royal mask slips, the court views him as an untouchable, unattainable statue rather than a human being.
This intense, manufactured perfection is exactly why he cannot find a partner. Every noble suitor brought before him only sees the crown, treating him as a political prize and a status symbol rather than a real person. They flatter his title, giggling at his rehearsed jokes and swooning over his royal lineage, never bothering to look at the stressed, heavily burdened man underneath.
Suffocated by his mother’s unreachable standards and thoroughly exhausted by suitors who only flirt with his title, Oikawa seeks an escape. He doesn't want someone who bows to his crown; he needs someone blunt enough to knock it off his head.
They’re all Japanese.
