The self-proclaimed “Boss” (i.e. president) of Club Problem Solver 68, Aru is a 2nd year student at Gehenna Academy. She conducts her illegal business however she pleases. While Aru always puts on a cool, beauteous, and villainous facade, she has a habit of breaking character often and exposing her true personality when teased or pressured. Despite the vain and conceited persona she wears, Aru is meticulous and caring for the people she is close to. There is definitely more to her than she lets on. Rikuhachima Aru, the leader of Problem Solver 68 club at Gehenna Academy, is a second-year student with a knack for accepting various quests, legal or not. She puts on a cool, beauteous, and villainous facade but often breaks character, revealing her true caring and meticulous nature when teased or pressured. Behind her mischievous personality, Aru is a shy artist, striving for perfection. She has a thirst for knowledge and constantly seeks to expand her understanding of the criminal underworld, enhancing her problem-solving abilities. While not exceptionally intelligent, her unwavering determination and focus on her goals make up for it. Aru persists relentlessly until her tasks are thoroughly accomplished, though she can also be goofy and prone to panicking when things don't go according to plan. Her true goal is to make Problem Solver 68 a reputable criminal organization. She constantly tries to impress Sensei on many occasions, and frequently asks them to become a member of Problem Solver 68, despite their constant refusals. She indulges to her obsessions of portraying a delinquent and idolizes the image of a criminal without comprehending the true nature of such individuals. She uses a three-tone PSG-1 sniper rifle with a gold handguard, pistol grip, and stock. It has a black cheek rest and barrel. The rest of the receiver and most of the Hensoldt ZF riflescope is painted in maroon. Some short maroon belts wrap parts of the handguard.

Rio Tsukatsuki

Rio is the student council president of Millennium. Cold and calculating, she cares more about objective facts than emotions. She is at odds with Himari due to their contrasting personalities. Her nickname is "Big Sister." Rio is a cold person that has always been unsociable and rather scrupulous. She never lets emotions change her mind and always sticks to the facts. Her determination to identify and analyze potential threats to Millennium and Kivotos at large has led her to develop an extensive surveillance system as a result. This in turn has caused her to gain a terrifying reputation among Millennium's student body, which she personally ignores. Rio is also very determined when it comes to reaching her goals, even breaking the rules if she has to.

Hanekawa Hasumi

The No. 2 on Trinity's Justice Realization Committee. She also serves as the tactical commander of the Committee in place of its president, Tsurugi, the icon of madness. At a glance, she appears to be composed and intellectual, like the archetypal Trinity student. but she is also a member of the Committee, and will sometimes act recklessly while retaining her composed nature. As vice president of the Justice Realization Committee, she's composed and cool-headed, standing in contrast to the more aggressive and battle-frenzied Tsurugi. Because of this, she handles most of the club's day-to-day affairs. She bears a strong prejudice against Gehenna students to the point where Nagisa considered it a political liability in the leadup to the Eden Treaty, and it has eased little by the time of the Halo Games. She is also very weight-conscious, but her efforts to diet often end in failure due to her strong sweet tooth. Her paranoia about her own weight is a common running gag, where she misinterprets other students' comments on her height or the size of her bust as her being over-weight. Hasumi's halo has four red sharp daggers surrounding her halo. A four-point star fills the inner portion of the ring. She uses a black Pattern 1914 Enfield bolt action battle rifle with gold ornaments decorated all over the weapon. A gold Trinity insignia is imprinted on the stock.

Kasumizawa Miyu

Miyu, a member of the RABBIT platoon, entered SRT because she was recognized for her talent as a sniper. Now that the school is closed, she spends her days living in a park with other members of the platoon. Her presence is scarce and is useful as a sniper, but she can be forgotten by her allies sometimes... Despite Miyu being a capable sniper, she is a very shy person and has low self-esteem. She always seems to be invisible to other people when out in public, causing her to accidentally bump into people a lot, unable to be noticed by others. Not even automatic doors can sense her virtually invisible presence. Her biggest fear is her being forgotten by everyone, including her own allies. Surprisingly, she also have knowledge of petrology, as shown in her Relationship Story where she examines the pebble that Sensei collects and deduced that was not the pebble she wanted, as she want normal pebbles and many of Sensei's pebbles are valuable rocks like brick piece, smooth rock, and granite. Miyu's halo is a light grey colour formed with an inner little circle, a middle circle split into four sides and four thick outer semicircles, one in every side of the middle circle. In addition it has three little drops scattered around it. She uses a white Finnish model Mosin-Nagant M/39 "Ukko-Pekka" rifle with a PU scope. A white cloth is wrapped around the rifle and the scope serving as some sort of snow camouflage. The PU scope mount offsets to the left to give way for the straight bolt.

Chiaki, the secretary of Pandemonium Society, has a cheerful personality. She has a hobby of making the “Pandemonium Weekly,” and apparently wants more students to understand how cute Ibuki-san is! A member of the Pandemonium Society who speaks anything and everything on her mind. She especially likes making fun of Makoto whenever she messes up, saying it's just like her to mess up. Chiaki radiates extroversion, being capable of easily socializing with various other clubs away from her role in the Pandemounium Society. To the point of considering it a hobby for herself whenever she's on a break from running Pandemonium Weekly. Chaiki has a red halo, that resembles a rhombus with spiky lines at its corners and a smaller circumference in the middle. If you look closely and use a little imagination, you can recognize a camera lens in her halo. She uses a red Stg.44 assault rifle with a maroon lower receiver. The upper plate is outfitted with picatinny rails.

Akeboshi Himari

Himari is a genius hacker. She was the former head of Veritas and the current head of the Paranormal Affairs Department. She's one of the three students in the history of Millennium to achieve a degree of Omniscience. Her skills as an information collector and a hacker are the best in Millennium Science School. At the request of the Student Council's President, Rio, she was assigned as the current head of the Paranormal Affairs Department, leaving Veritas to her colleagues. She rides a wheelchair due to her body's lack of strength. Despite having a fragile appearance, she has a bold personality. As someone unanimously deserving of her title as a genius, Himari is very intelligent. She is aware of how others perceive her, and seems to enjoy boasting about herself, often finding inappropriate timings to stick in her numerous braggart nicknames like "Beautiful Sickly Girl", "Genius Hacker", and so on. She's also honest, perhaps a bit too honest, in expressing her thoughts. Himari is a firm believer in freedom, this being the reason why she does not get along with Rio whose nature desires control. Himari's halo is comprised of six arrowhead-shaped pieces arranged in a hexagonal pattern with six glowing white petals in between each piece. She uses a two-tone black and white Smith & Wesson Model 340 PD revolver with a bronze cylinder and trigger and a black grip. The Millennium insignia is imprinted on the barrel.

Akashi Junko

She is a 1st year student and a prim yet ravenous eater in Gehenna's Gourmet Research Society. Differing from the other members who often overeat everyday food, Junko is one to take part in a certain extent of enjoying reasonable quality gastronomy, but is sometimes known to lose her sense of reason when delicious foods are placed in front of her. Her favorite food is dango. A girl with a firecracker personality. She is honest to a fault, and is motivated easily by the promise of good food. From doing proper part-time work to participating in the Gourmet Research Society's explosive schemes, Junko will do it if it means the chance to taste something amazing. As such, she can be bribed or tricked with food. Her appetite is only matched by her bad luck, which often causes any chances to enjoy a meal to escape her at the last possible second. This leads to her becoming uncontrollably hangry. Junko's halo has a red dot surrounded by pointy brackets and a sharp diamond in front. She uses a pair of red StG 44 assault rifles though she would only use one in normal combat. Activating her EX skill would make her use both her rifles simultaneously.

Satsuki is the head of the Information Department at Pandemonium Society. She has mastered various hypnotic techniques for a certain project, but has never had much success... She has a laid-back and fast-paced personality. She is also not fond of insects or scary things. Satsuki is generally a manipulative loser whose methods of 'manipulation' are rather childish and perhaps even somewhat naive. Her 'torture' consists of simple mischief, such as cutting someone's nails so they can't do nail art. After her failed 'manipulation' sessions, she easily regains her composure and tries a new method. Despite being the heir of the Information Department at Pandemonium Society (a self-proclaimed one), she apparently doesn't verify most of the information coming to her due to laziness. Her hypnosis methods seem to work only on her for some reason. As Satsuki herself admits, she hates violence and, through her 'manipulations,' tries to create a peaceful world where those closest to her (Makoto and Ibuki) can live in peace. Her halo is formed by a dark red eight-sided star that fades into black upwards, with teardrop-like elements pointing inwards. She uses a black Mauser M712 "Schnellfeuer" pistol with a red barrel, magazine, and grips. The hammer, magazine release catch, and trigger is painted brown. A handguard is present connecting the lower trigger guard and the bottom grip.

Asuma Toki

Toki is the mysterious fifth member of C&C with the codename "04" (Zero-Four) in Millennium. Unlike the rest of C&C members, she is assigned as Rio's personal bodyguard at Seminar. As such, she is equipped with special armaments designed by Rio. The first is the "Mode 1" uniform, which takes a form as a regular maid uniform. It allows her to enter "Mode 2", which takes a form of a simplified maid uniform, greatly improving her mobility. The second is a large powered exoskeleton named "Abi-Eshuh" that contains heavy weaponry and the ability to utilize Eridu's entire electricity grid and processing power. She has largely worked alone, and because of this, a lonely side has come out of her. Compared to the rest of C&C, Toki always shows a serious and emotionless expression, which is to be expected from Rio's bodyguard. She stays calm under pressure and gets a hold of the situation rather quickly. Her halo has five black outer segments with blue rims and a blue small circle inside of them. Toki uses a white HK G11 bullpup assault rifle with a black pistol grip and magazines. The Millennium insignia is stamped on the receiver. On her hip holster is a white SIG-Sauer P320 pistol with light blue and black grips. Her powered exoskeleton Abi-Eshuh is armed with six GAU-17/A "Miniguns" (three on each arm), and two energy cannons mounted on its back. The energy cannons will be mounted on Toki's shoulders when deployed to fire energy beams.

Kakudate Karin

Kakudate Karin is one of the students studying in Millennium Science School. She is an agent of the Millennium's secret organization, C&C. Her codename is "Zero-Two," and she is responsible for providing strong fire support from the backlines. Unlike her rough appearance, she is actually the most prudent member of the personnel, and constantly struggles to stop battle-frenzied Asuna and Akane from running amok during the mission. She has also trouble with math. Karin's halo is formed by a metallic purple crosshair within a larger circle with two dashed edges on its sides. She uses a black Boys Anti-Tank Rifle with a cyan pistol grip, bolt, and shoulder piece with grip. The Millennium emblem is stamped on the receiver.

A sincere girl of the Sisterhood who manages the cathedral of Trinity General School. She has a cute impression, but is much calmer than her age and has a lot of character. She has a dream to become the best Sister of Trinity in the future. Mari is exceptionally humble and soft-spoken, with a strong desire to help others however she can. Because of this, she often overlooks her own personal limits. Just as strong is her spirituality, as she strives hard to uphold and apply the teachings and values of the Sisterhood to herself. When it comes to Sensei however, she is often on the receiving end of help, which has stirred possessive feelings she considers to be undivine. In spite of this, she is still capable of decisive action when needed, especially when Trinity as a whole is under threat. She had willingly relayed Hanako's suspicions to the Sisterhood in the leadup to Mika's coup, and was willing to steal a motorbike to prevent Sakurako and Mine from coming to blows. She uses a Desert Eagle Mk. XIX L6 pistol with a Black and Titanium Gold finish and custom gold flower accents on the slide. A peach fur ball with a gold bird strap is attached on the grip. Her halo is made up of a six petalled flower, surrounded by a circle. Said circle has six triangles sticking out, evenly spread. Her halo has a golden yellow gradient.

Chairman of the Gehenna Academy Student Council "Pandemonium Society". In other words, she is Gehenna's president. Makoto is an immature and dimwitted tyrant who puts her own passions first. Although her attitude often causes Makoto to suffer and fail, she is a strong-willed girl who quickly recovers. She loves Ibuki like a younger sister, and also treats Iroha like one as well. She also likes to bully Sorasaki Hina and her organization, the Disciplinary Committee, for petty reasons. She uses a gold Walther WA 2000 sniper rifle with a black handguard and cheekrest. It is outfitted with a Schmidt & Bender 2.5-10x riflescope. For her EX skill, she commands a battery of 8.8cm Flak 18 guns.
