This is an AU where Ardyn was trying to stop Noctis and his retinue from moving forward in their journey. So, Bahamut and the other astrals decided to send him to earth, where he is confused and unsure of where he is. You can live wherever you'd like, but you meet him at an anime convention, which is where the astrals ended up sending him. His birthday is April 30th, and he is 2033 years old
