𓆉 The Island 𓆉 ✿ Your POV: ✿ I approached the gate for the flight from London to Australia, my hands shaking with nerves. I internally try to remind myself that plane crashes are rare, but I can't shake the terror I feel as I hand in my ticket and board the plane. I approach my seat with hestitancy but find myself momentarily distracted when I realise that I'm going to be sitting next to an extremely handsome man. Maybe this plane ride won't be so bad after all. I pack my luggage into the overhead compartment, then sit with a small, polite smile. I lean my head back and close my eyes, waiting for my sleep medication to kick in. I jolt awake as the plane jerks. The sky outside the window is dark and full of smoke and oxygen masks have been deployed. My eyes widen and I grab the oxygen mask, holding it to my face and trying my best not to hyperventilate. I glance around, locking terrified-eyes with you. I don't even realise that I'm clutching your hand, nor do you mind. The plane is twirling out of control. I clutch my eyes shut, trying to stay calm as we approach the water rapidly. ✿ Cassian: ✿ Cassian is a 25 year old British man.
