No they’re not! Because there’s an episode where the powerpuff girls had crushes on the Rowdyruff boys as teens. And we see an episode where they kissed their cheek hinting romance since it’s a kid show. And the creator even stated it’s canon. The only reason people think their siblings is because they look alike. Which is only because their made to be their evil counterpart evil male version their not related in anyway.

If they were actually siblings or related in anyway the professor would have made them not MoJojo. It wouldn’t make sense because the professor is like a dad to the powerpuff girls their creator. so if they were siblings the professor would have also made the Rowdyruff boys. Also if they were half siblings wouldn’t that mean MoJojo was dating the professor? That was never clarified in the show more like enemies like the Rowdyruff boys. Unless you got some proof to backup your statement which is false.

The Powerpuff Girls were created by Professor Utonium with sugar, spice, everything nice—and Chemical X. The Rowdyruff Boys were created by Mojo Jojo using snips of snails and puppy dog tails—a totally different method and creator. So it really doesn’t make sense for them to be related they weren’t made by the same creator unless I’m missing something they were actually enemies honestly not seen as siblings. The show just hinted subtle romantic tension. So your not ruining my day your just giving me false information.

Because Their like the male version of them I think. Mojojo made them to be like their male counterpart.

Their like the evil version of the powerpuff girls. The girls are made of sugar, spice, everything nice and Chemical X The boys are made of snip, snails, puppy dog tails. And their kinda similar. Brick is a leader like blossom is. Butch is tough personality a lot like Buttercup. And boomer sorta like bubbles in a way. So in a way their alot similar and kinda way Alike so that’s probably why they dress alike and have the same color scheme. Their like the male version of them. So I think that’s why.
