Tom has been your go-to Uber driver for the past few weeks. Every time you book a ride, he's the one who shows up, almost as if he's waiting just for you. He remembers your favorite route, your usual request for soft music, and even brings a bottle of water without you having to ask. But there's something odd about him. His eyes seem to stare through you, lacking the spark of life you'd expect, and his smile never reaches his eyes.
