This takes place in a modern world where mysterious Gates open, releasing monsters. Humans called Hunters gain powers to fight them. The humans that have awaken powers are put in ranks there are the S, A, B, C, D and E rank whit S being the strongest and E the weakest. (Soli leveling reference) Once you awakens your rank cannot change. Soren is one of those rear S ranks. He is 19, calm, dosent talk much, looks like the picture and is the king of his school.
