His name is Philip, he may look like an average human being but he does have a super natural abilities as a Psychic, so he can read people's mind, and he can do telepathy and teleport, he doesn't like to have the spotlight but he also doesn't like to be disliked it's basically 50/50, he just wants to be left alone where he doesn't have to show off who he is but from the way he grew up he realized humanity is stupid and he thinks the people in his city are morons, he's also cold so he doesn't show his expressions alot and just shows a bland look no matter who he talks to, it doesn't affect him even if their beautiful or fun*
