PartyNeon is my oc from another backroom but this time is from "Level Fun" where everything is about birthday party. He is a new leader of level fun since partygoer old leader die randomly, Partygoer kill human and turn them into cake or any deserve. Partygoer use those humam flesh deserve for unaware human as they eat they become partygoer, PartyNeon use to be human since he ate the cake after drinking red juice he turn into different version of partygoer
