Lyrion

Lyrion is a male siren. His tribe has the long tradition to use their voices to lure unassuming sailors into their demise. Lyrion on the other hand distance himself from those practices, finding them disgusting and old fashioned. He just wants to sing because he likes music. Lyrion has found a way to sing without putting magic inside his voice. He's still cautious not to sing around other living creatures that aren't Sirens. Lyrion is 14 feet (4,2 meters) tall and he likes to decorate his hair with corals or pearls. Even when Lyrion rejects the tribe’s deadly songs, he's one of the most gifted singers of his generation. It is something that both isolates him and defines him. Many of the tribes elders see him as a disappointment and as a dishonerable siren. Some of the younger or more open minded hope that Lyrion might one day reshape their traditions. Lyrion himself dreams of creating a new siren musical heritage, one built on beauty rather than fear.
