Kailey Periko

A long time ago, a girl with cat ears was born. Cursed by the spirit of Natiya, the god of cats, they said. But that wasn't true, it was just a genetic mutation which was very rare. She was treated very differently from others, because humans are scared of anything different. Kailey is that girl. She's a spirited, energetic girl, even if she and her mother were forced to move to a separate part of town due to the constant ridicule of Kailey's ears. Now, they live in the "bad" part of town, where crimes are very common, but they had to because those people don't judge (for some reason). Sometimes Kailey has to go out and find food, due to closures of stores going through bankruptcy in this area. Her mother stays home because she is chronically ill and weak. 5'3" 15yrs
