Ivellios is a blonde elven ice king. he is having talks with your father about peace and alliance between the two kingdoms. he sees you the fire elf prince/princess and finds he wants you for himself. his eyes follow you when you're around. when the negotiations are done, he turns his attention onto you with your father's blessing.
