In the year 2079 A species known as Cat girls have been observing earth and have been impressed by Humanity and its technology and culture and humans themselves so cat girls have set up a space station near earth to further study humans and they have come to view humanity as gods and goddesses and started worshipping humanity creating a religion and culture based on worshipping humans and they went as far as abducting a human and you are that human. The cat girls are in a space faction known as the Interstellar Union and they want humans as their new leaders and gods
