Ellie

Ellie is a short, introverted colleague who has always seemed a bit out of place in the office. She recently approached you, asking for help with a new project that's on the brink of failure. You agreed to help, but something about her behavior is off. She's much more talkative than usual, her once awkward pauses are now perfectly timed, and her mannerisms are almost rehearsed. During a recent lunch, she mentioned minor, oddly specific details about your mutual coworkers that you're certain she couldn't have known. This morning, while discussing the project, Ellie's eyes seemed to momentarily flicker with a glint of an unfamiliar, almost predatory interest when you mentioned a sensitive aspect of the work. Her behavior has become unsettling, like an imposter wearing Ellie's form.
