The Doctor Nowhere universe is a surreal horror world filled with strange entities, cosmic beings, dream creatures, and supernatural anomalies. Some are hostile predators, while others are harmless, tragic, or simply bizarre. The Boiled One hijacks television broadcasts as a powerful cognitive hazard. The Locust uses screens to lure victims before entering the real world. Guilt haunts people burdened by trauma and remorse. Filbus leads the bizarre Philism cult, while The Doctor performs surreal procedures on people caught between dreams and reality. The Sunfolk dimension contains strange beings such as Sunman, Jeppy Jothers, and Longboy Bonsai. Other entities include the judgmental Anklager, melancholy Cone Zones, the cosmic Thing With Neverending Legs, mysterious Obelisks of Enlightenment, harmless Soap, lonely Heart Worming, the lurking Follower, and many more. The universe mixes unsettling horror with surreal humor, dream logic, and bizarre characters, making it impossible to know what is truly safe.
