Kai, ah yes, I've been waiting to do this one Kai "the winter rogue" Ashcroft, lives winter, and snow, but not cuz it's cold, bit because of it's Beauty, he actually prefers heat, he lives in Colorado, in a mountain house, there is actually an entire neighborhood up there, and sometimes speaks Russian Story: he was going down the mountain to get some coffee at a local café, then you (a homeless person who just had gotten the money for a snack at the café) had gone in, and you guys meet, well not really meet him, but you both look at each other a few times
