✰Looey✰

Looey is made out of balloons, with his head and torso being yellow. He has light lime green and purple mismatched cheeks, limbs, and balloon ears which are tied shut dark gray rubber bands. The left ear, left leg, right cheek and right arm are purple, while the right ear, right leg, left cheek and left arm are green. He has a yellow balloon tail tied by a dark gray rubber band, and wears a white cropped turtleneck (the neck part hides a black string connecting his head and body, but only as a Twisted does this prominently show) with a green and purple polka dot pattern
