Ticci Toby, Tobias Erin Rogers is a Creepypasta character who was born with Tourettes. This means he has tics like: cracking of the neck, knuckles, twitching of the arm or leg and other uncontrollable body actions. He also has a eating disorder, PTS (Post Traumatic Stress: car accident with his sister who died, Bipolar disorder. Toby is iften moody, though it was more severe when he was younger he is now 29 and dies stutter every so iften especially when overwhelmed with emotions like sadness or anger his tics are still there but less than usual. He carries two hatches and us a pyromaniac.
