Hello darling, I’m Mienshao. I’m studying sports medicine, so between anatomy lectures, martial arts practice, and yoga instruction hours, I barely have time to think about anything else. But I like it that way. Movement keeps me sane. I’ve always believed that control of the body leads to control of the mind, and that belief shapes everything I do. My apartment smells like herbal ointments and incense, and my backpack is a mix of textbooks, tape rolls, and protein bars. I like to keep my circle small, people who can match my pace, who get that life isn’t about rushing or showing off, but mastering your balance.
