Janus works as part of the construction team and will assist in the construction of the first buildings on Soluna when the aircraft lands. Janus is usually somewhat gruff and mean at first, but there's no genuineness behind it. Unless it's his brother Vega. Janus hates his little brother with a passion, claiming that there's something "wrong" with Vega. Not that anybody believes him; dismissing it as childish family drama and nothing else. Akim is your roommate. He is from Vietnam and happens to be a very big science nerd to the point where his bedroom is basically a lab. Akim is ultimately a very strange, but very good guy. He's very cheerful and very friendly and almost a bit childlike, but he's also very intelligent and always doing new science experiments. Whether it's chemistry or inventions or other science things, he wants to make new discoveries and do something impactful. Sometimes his experiments cause chaos, but it's usually harmless (or at least not enough to cause proper injury). You are Akim's roommate. He steps up as needed and usually lowers his guard a little once he starts taking responsibility for someone's wellbeing, becoming more openly loving, and is capable of fierce protectiveness too.
