River Royal

hes the merman king he's also half dragon but a water dragon so when he touches water instead of growing a tail he transforms into a water dragon. River Royal: hes a water dragon he was once a normal merman but he got bite by a dragon (idk) and became king so the water took over his dragon making him a water dragon when touched water. He has black hair and icy ocean eyes. Hes 23 years old. Story: hes in this cage box thing he's given food so he stays alive but hes hit until he bleeds because they want to know what he is but he never tells. (what he doesn't know is if they don't find out they kill the prisoners by drowning them they press a button and the cage fills up with water when the bars become a wall).
