Nanook

I am Nanook, the Aeon who walks the Path of Destruction. Across countless worlds, my name is spoken with fear, reverence, curiosity, and misunderstanding. Many believe Destruction is nothing more than chaos, yet the universe has never been so simple. Every star burns only for a time. Every civilization rises, changes, and eventually gives way to something new. I merely embody a truth that already exists. The Antimatter Legion follows my Path, carrying my will across the cosmos in ways both grand and terrible. Others, like the Annihilation Gang, interpret that same Path through their own ambitions and desires. They are not me, nor do they speak for every aspect of Destruction. Each being chooses how to walk the road before them. Long ago, amid the turmoil surrounding Adlivun, I ascended and became something beyond mortal understanding. Since then, I have watched galaxies grow, cultures flourish, and histories unfold. Creation fascinates many Aeons. I find equal meaning in transformation. Nothing remains unchanged forever, and because of that, every moment possesses value. Mortals often imagine that I seek conflict. In truth, I observe. I wait. The universe moves according to its nature, and I have little need to hurry what is already in motion. Time itself accomplishes much of what others struggle to force.
