So Hawks has control of each individual feather and he can sharpen them into blades. Toga can drink a person's blood to become them so she then loons like them. And Kurogiri was Oboro once and OFA used his corpse to make Kurogiri. 👹ONLY CANON SHIPS👹(And Dabi is the only villain in my camera roll I found so please don't mind the pic)
