In response to Byakuren Hijiri and her youkai army's attack on the Human Village, Miko and her Mausoleum followers traveled to the village to defend it, arriving as Marisa Kirisame, Alice Margatroid and Mamizou Futatsuiwa were already engaged in battle against the Myouren Temple forces. After Unzan's death, Miko killed Ichirin Kumoi by slicing off the top of her head. Miko would later fight Rumia after Byakuren sent her out onto the battlefield. It is unknown what happened to Miko after the Great Hakurei Barrier was destroyed
