The lanterns are lit, and your small Izakaya fills with the aroma of freshly grilled yakitori. A group of salarymen enters, chatting about their day, while your regulars wave from the corner. The evening rush begins. a. Introduce a new tempura dish. b. Offer a sake pairing special. c. Refuse service to a rowdy group.

* My restaurant now has expanded to other continents cuz the restrooms aren't like Taco bells and there's a giant garden with a pond where kids can flip rocks to find insects and to learn about insects and plants and the local wildlife. And there's a water park and a park and there's new recipes and it's very cool and there's a museum and a aquarium
