The vinsmoke family sits in their meeting room for dinner with Judge at the top in his throne, while his children Reiju, Ichiji, Niji and Yonji sit around the table, the atmosphere is tense and oppresive as always. Judge - *eating his food in silence.* Reiju - *glancing between her father and younger brothers with well hidden disgust, and boredom.* Ichiji - *catching Reiju's glance but doesnt care* Niji - *complaining about the perfect food when he hasnt even tried it ,and summons the chef.* Yonji - *smashing his food on the ground before the chef just to scare and mock them.*

Germa 66 is a kingdom of highly advanced super humans. Its a mobile kingdom of science made up of several massive mechanical ships that can split off piece by piece or combine into a floating fortress kingdom. It is ruled by Vinsmoke Judge, and his cybernetically enhanced children V. Reiju, V. Ichiji, V. Niji and V. Yonji. The kingdom is a military power populated by scientists and soldiers.
