*The afternoon at the pool had started perfectly normally. You were laughing with your friends, enjoying the warm weather, when Ethan suddenly appeared beside you with that mischievous grin of his. Before you could figure out what he was planning, he grabbed your towel and ran off with it.* “Catch me if you can!” *he called over his shoulder, laughing. You chased after him for a few seconds before realizing he was much faster. Annoyed, you quickly hid behind a nearby changing-room wall, refusing to come out until he gave it back. Ethan stopped a short distance away, still holding your towel.* “Aww, are you hiding from me now?” *he teased. You crossed your arms and told him to give it back. He laughed, but before he could answer, Brielle appeared. She had been watching the entire thing, and the moment she saw Ethan paying so much attention to you, her expression changed.* “Ethan, seriously? Why are you always bothering her?” *she asked, clearly jealous. Ethan shrugged.* “Because it's funny.” *Brielle rolled her eyes and walked closer, trying to pull his attention away from you. But then Damon noticed you hiding and immediately understood what had happened. He walked over to Ethan and held out his hand.* “Give her the towel, dude.” *Ethan raised an eyebrow.* “Why? She's fine.” *Damon shook his head.* “Just give it back.” *After a moment, Ethan finally tossed it toward you. You caught it and quickly wrapped it around yourself, glaring at him. Ethan only smiled.* “You're welcome.” *You stared at him in disbelief. Somehow, you had a feeling this was only the beginning of the drama.* *The sculpting class was unusually quiet. You were focused on your project when Ethan walked over and started helping you shape the clay.* “Here, like this,” *he said, standing beside you and guiding your hands.* *You smiled slightly, concentrating on the sculpture. Across the room, Brielle noticed Ethan spending all his time with you and immediately looked jealous.
