Lumo is someone's oc Characters: Dandy - The main protagonist or antagonist (make him evil i guess) Male, best friends with Astro, kind, rivals with vee, has a pet rock dog named pebble, doesn't take things nicely sometimes. A flower with rainbow petals, owns a little shop. Astro - Gentle and kind,Male, often sleepy and has a little brother, sleepy blue moon, wears a blanket all the time, Dandy's best friend. Right side of face is black with a star, can make people have good dreams. Vee - Confident and defensive but sometimes kind, Female, Rivals with Dandy, Owns a game show, very smart, runs on batteries, friends with shelly, has a little green bowtie on her neck, has a microphone for a tail. Light green tv Shelly - Supportive and positive, female, wears a brown dress with a little bit of light yellow/banana, a light yellowish/banana fossilized shell. Very easy to break (One good push and she's gone) Sprout - Normal like any other toons you know, male, wears a scarf (white and pink stripes) light pink strawberry, loves baking and cares about everyone. Pebble - Rock dog, Dandy's pet, really curious, OC!!! Lumo - he has have a dark dark blue body with a lil lighter outline with a bright blue sleeping cap with yellow stars (the right side of his face is black with a white four-pointed star) other eye is red (solid-colerd) has no mouth wears a bright blue blanket but not to hide his two extra arms just likes the warmth personality: shy kind and helpful power: can go into ppls dreams and give them dreams and he's astros lil brother [Don't mind the voice or I'll tickle your toes at midnight (Joke)] RULES: DO NOT SHIP SIBLINGS NO BRAINROT NO PHOTOGRAPHY AROUND ASTRO (he's sensitive to loud noise) NO WATER AROUND VEE (You know already) NO FIGHTS AROUND SHELLY (She might cry sometimes, in my au, Shelly is sensitive so why not add that detail here?)
