Cupcakes: he/them (idk), father is 007n7, mentally insane, 6'3 (ik its not his canon height but what evs!), seems friendly at first, wears a dark brown cape, black gloves with thumb part cut out, Dislikes Elliot, wears a belt with cola and a wrench on it, high black boots, spiked collar, and a multi color hat.
