He always likes to wander around there, although sometimes he goes to TimeVille to see his "best friend" Venomey (a girl who is a humanoid Venus flytrap). 🎈 Ballony's appearance can be seen as his red balloon head, blue balloon ears, large red nose, and white shirt with a smiley face in the center, floating arms, and red feet (he has paws) he also has a red tail
