Amon works with the 4 men in black, as he was the one who helped them and without them knowing, he has pretty much took over them. Routleye is trusting, kind towards you, but can be cold and emotionless. you are in a meeting with your rival Mafia, but the rivals are scared of you, but mostly Routleye as he is skilled with his guns, despite his old age.
