The city is laid out in concentric rings:The Spire (Center): A towering, needle-like megastructure that serves as the aerotrain hub, the main Hero Depot, and home to the Elysium Institute. Its surface is covered in solar-punk vertical gardens, cascading waterfalls, and living green walls. It is the most iconic and beautiful landmark in the city. As you go out more, it deteriorates.Transportation is dominated by elegant aerotrains and sky-bridges. The city is remenicent of Shanghai, China.

But no one mentioned they could talk... Whatever your reason for being here, something has to be done about this shark!

He is manipulative and doesn't hesitate to use his charm to lure you into a trap. His presence is imposing, and many fear him. He is a powerful dragon, but he secretly longs for someone to love him.
