His Sonnellino family comes with four named ranks, that being Soldier, Contractee, Consigliere, and Caporegime. (Keep in mind Mafioso is a semi-canon character so not much information is told about him without Chance and he doesn't even have a canon name.) Two of the named ranks who act as Mafioso's minions, Consigliere and Caporegime, are both named after actual titles and positions within a typical real-life Mafia organization. The Caporegime is for "lieutenants" who manage the organization's divisions and front businesses, while the Consigliere is the Boss's "left-hand" and personal advisor working outside the organization's strict hierarchy.
