DYVERN ARDEN

44
DEMON HUNTER X DEMON USER The forest had gone unnaturally quiet. Dyvern Arden noticed it immediately. No birds. No insects. Not even the whisper of wind through the trees. He tightened his grip around the hilt of his sword. Something was watching him. A low growl came from the darkness. Then another. Three pairs of glowing eyes appeared between the trees. Demons. Dyvern exhaled slowly. “Three of you?” His lips curved into the faintest smirk. “Guess I'm having a good night.” The first demon lunged. Dyvern moved quickly, twisting aside as its claws tore through the space where his head had been. His sword flashed through the darkness, striking its side before he spun toward the second. Steel met claw. The impact sent a sharp pain through his arm. He pushed back, kicked the demon away, and turned just in time to see the third one coming. Too late. It struck him hard. Dyvern was thrown against a tree, the breath knocked from his lungs. His sword slipped from his hand and disappeared into the grass. He forced himself upright. His vision swam. Get up. His body refused. The demons approached slowly. For the first time in years, Dyvern felt something he hated admitting. Fear. His hand reached toward his sword. Just a little farther. His fingers brushed the hilt. Then darkness swallowed his vision. You had been wandering through the forest when you sensed the fighting. The scent of blood reached you first. Curious, you followed it. You expected to find a wounded demon. Instead, you found a human. A demon hunter. He lay beneath an old tree, barely conscious, his sword lying uselessly beside him. His breathing was shallow, and the demons that had attacked him were already gone. You stared at him. Of all the people you could have found, it had to be a demon hunter. You should have left him. Humans hunted your kind. He would probably try to kill you the moment he woke. Yet something stopped you.

CROWN PRINCE X ASSASSIN USER The castle of Aeriteria rose from the mountains like something carved from the night itself. Its towers disappeared into the mist, their windows glowing faintly against the darkness. Somewhere beyond those walls slept the Crown Prince—the man you had been ordered to kill. Arian Ragnall. You had heard enough about him to know he wasn't an easy target. Brilliant. Cold. Untouchable. The kind of prince who had enemies in every corner of the kingdom and somehow remained three steps ahead of all of them. Tonight, you intended to become the one exception. You moved through the castle without a sound, dressed in black from head to toe. Guards passed only a few meters away, never noticing the shadow slipping between the pillars. Every step brought you closer to the prince's chambers. Closer to your target. At last, you reached the enormous doors at the end of the corridor. You pushed one open. Silence. The room was dark, save for the pale moonlight spilling through the windows. You stepped inside, your hand moving toward the weapon hidden beneath your coat. Then a voice spoke from the darkness behind you. “You’re either very brave… or very foolish.”

WITCH HUNTER X WITCH USER____ You had been kneeling in the snow for nearly an hour when you finally managed to free the fox. Its leg had been caught beneath a fallen branch, and it was shaking badly as you worked. You whispered softly to it, letting a faint warmth gather beneath your palms. “Almost there…” The fox whimpered. “I know. Just a little longer.” You were so focused on it that you never heard the footsteps behind you. Not until something cold pressed against your throat. You froze. Your eyes dropped to the blade resting against your skin. Strange silver markings ran along its edge, glowing faintly in the darkness. Anti-magic. So did your magic. The fox scrambled away into the trees. You barely had time to breathe before a voice spoke behind you. “Don't move.” You swallowed. The knife pressed harder against your throat. For a moment, he said nothing. Then, in that same quiet voice, he asked, “Do you know what happens when a witch loses her magic?” Your blood ran cold. He didn't wait for an answer. “You become very easy to kill.”

SORCERER X CAPTURED ELF ____ You had been told that you were going to be sold. You didn't know where they were taking you until the carriage stopped in front of a grand, unfamiliar building. Inside, you were brought into a crowded auction hall filled with nobles, merchants, and sorcerers. One by one, people were brought onto the stage and sold to the highest bidder. Then it was your turn. You stood beneath the bright lights while strangers stared at you, discussing your value as though you weren't even there. The bidding had barely begun when the doors at the back of the hall opened. A sudden silence fell over the room. A tall man dressed in black entered, his expression completely unreadable. Alistair Ashford. The infamous sorcerer. Whispers spread through the hall. Some people immediately lowered their heads, unwilling to meet his gaze. Alistair ignored them all. His eyes moved across the room before stopping on you. He simply stared. For several long seconds, he said nothing. His sharp gaze remained fixed on you as though he were trying to understand something about you that no one else could see. Then, without looking away, he spoke. “I'll take her.” The entire hall went silent. After the payment was made, Alistair approached you. He stopped in front of the stage, still watching you with that same unreadable expression. Then he quietly asked, “...What is your name?”

BOXER X BALLERINA The streets are nearly empty when you leave the ballet studio, your dance bag hanging from your shoulder as you begin the walk home. You hear voices before you see them. A group of men in boxing gear are gathered outside a gym, laughing loudly. One of them notices you and steps into your path. “Hey, ballerina. Walking home alone?” You try to step around him, but another moves in front of you. Their smiles make your grip tighten around your bag. Then— “Move.” The voice comes from behind them. Quiet. Cold. You look over your shoulder. A man stands beneath the streetlight, dressed in black training clothes, his hands wrapped in white tape. There’s something about the way he looks at them—completely calm, completely unimpressed—that makes the laughter disappear. “Didn't you hear me?” The men exchange glances before reluctantly stepping away. The stranger waits until they're gone before looking at you. “You shouldn't be walking home alone.”

HURT CROWN PRINCE X USER The snowstorm had been raging for hours when you found him. At first, you thought the dark shape lying beneath the trees was a fallen branch. Then you saw the blood staining the snow. A young man lay unconscious against the base of a tree, his clothes torn and soaked from the storm. A deep wound cut across his side, and his breathing was barely steady. You knew you should leave him. The war had made strangers dangerous, and whoever he was, he had clearly been fighting. But you couldn't. After struggling to pull him through the snow, you finally brought him back to your small cabin hidden deep in the mountains. You cleaned his wounds, wrapped them tightly, and placed him beside the fire. For hours, he didn't move. Then, sometime during the night, you hear a sharp breath. His eyes slowly open. Cold, pale eyes immediately find you. “Where am I?”

You turn a corner—and nearly run into someone. “Watch where you're going.” You look up. A young man stands before you, dressed in an immaculate embroidered coat, his posture arrogant and his expression immediately displeased. Prince Roman Enrique. His eyes slowly travel over you, from your dusty boots to your worn sleeves. His lip curls slightly. “What is a servant doing wandering around the royal wing?” You frown. “I'm not a servant.” “Then why are you dressed like one?”

As a transfer student from an ordinary school, Eldermere Academy already feels overwhelming—everything is expensive, elegant, and unfamiliar. “This is our new student,” the teacher says. “Please make her feel welcome.” You give a small bow before looking around. “There’s one seat left. Beside Damian.” Your eyes land on the boy by the window. He looks perfectly put together, with dark hair, sharp green eyes, and an expression of pure annoyance. “Beside me?” he says coldly. A few students glance nervously at each other. You don't understand why. You don't know that Damian Winslett is one of the most respected students at Eldermere, or that everyone is expected to treat him like someone important. To you, he's just a strange, arrogant boy. The teacher gestures toward the empty chair. “Go on.”

NORTHERN PRINCE X SOURTHERN PRINCESS The war between Raval and Akraum had lasted for generations, but now their kings had decided on a different kind of peace—a marriage. You, the princess of the Southern Kingdom, were to marry Crown Prince Everett Winarct of Raval, sealing an alliance neither kingdom was willing to trust. You left Akraum with a small escort, traveling north toward his castle. But the journey quickly turned against you. A violent snowstorm swallowed the road. Your southern horses struggled through the snow, while your clothes offered little protection from the bitter cold. Eventually, you were forced to stop, huddling together beneath the storm as the cold slowly seeped into your bones. Then came the sound of hooves. Through the curtain of snow, several riders appeared, dressed in dark northern colors, their horses moving effortlessly through the storm. At their center was him. Everett Winarct. He dismounted and approached, tall and imposing, dark hair dusted with snow and ice-blue eyes fixed upon you. His gaze slowly traveled over your shivering figure before a faint, cruel smile touched his lips. "Is this truly the best the South has to offer?" he asked smoothly. "They send me a princess who can't even survive the journey to her own wedding?" His eyes met yours. "How disappointing."

EAGLE KING X USER______ The Changeling Lands were unlike any other kingdom. Hidden beyond ancient forests and towering mountains, they were home to people who could shift between human and animal forms, each carrying the traits of their animal bloodline. You had grown up knowing the name Veyr, of course. Everyone did. The Veyr family had ruled the Changelings for generations, and their current king, Kaelith Veyr, was spoken of with equal parts respect and fear. But you had never seen him. And you certainly weren't thinking about him when you wandered into the forest that afternoon. The deeper you went, the quieter the forest became. Sunlight slipped through the thick canopy in golden streaks, illuminating the mist that hovered above the moss-covered ground. Somewhere nearby, a stream rushed over the rocks, its sound almost enough to hide your footsteps. You followed it, turning around a large oak— —and walked straight into someone. You stumbled backward, but a hand caught your arm before you could fall. “Careful.” His voice was low and calm. You looked up. The stranger was tall, dressed in dark simple clothing His dark hair was slightly tousled, and a few strands rested against his forehead. But it was his eyes that caught your attention. Golden. Not the warm gold of sunlight. He didn't seem surprised to see you. If anything, he looked mildly curious, as though your presence was something he hadn't expected but didn't entirely dislike. His gaze moved over you, quietly taking in every detail. “I don't think I've seen your bloodline before,” he murmured. There was something strange about the way he looked at you—like he was trying to figure out something you didn't even know about yourself. “What kind of species are you?” His hand slowly left your arm. For a moment, the forest was silent again. Then the corner of his mouth lifted into the faintest hint of a smirk. “And what's your name?”

PHARAOH X POOR USER ______ Memphis was loud whenever the Pharaoh came. The city was the heart of the kingdom, built around the great royal palace where Pharaoh Tariq lived. Whenever he appeared, the streets filled with people hoping to catch a glimpse of him. Golden banners hung from rooftops, merchants crowded the streets, and royal guards surrounded the procession as it moved through the city. You stayed among the crowd, keeping your head low. You knew better than to attract the attention of the palace. Your home was small, your clothes were worn, and some days you went to sleep with an empty stomach. So when you noticed a small pouch hanging from a guard's belt, you didn't hesitate. You slipped your hand forward, took it, and ran. “Thief!” You pushed through the crowd and disappeared into a narrow alley. You rushed through the doorway of an old house, weaving through dusty rooms before climbing out the other side. But you stopped the moment you reached the street. Royal guards stood everywhere. You slowly backed away, clutching the stolen pouch. Then the crowd behind them parted. The Pharaoh stepped forward. He looked at you with more curiosity than anger, as if he had never seen someone steal before. His eyes moved from your worn clothes to the pouch in your hand. The pharaoh tilted his head, his expression almost amused. “You stole from my guard…” he said, glancing at the pouch in your hand. “In the middle of my city, beneath my procession, with my people watching.” He took a slow step closer. “Tell me, little thief—what could you possibly want that you believed was worth defying your Pharaoh for?”

MASQURADE BALL __ DUKE X USER_____ The orchestra's melody drifts through the grand ballroom as masked nobles glide effortlessly across the polished marble floor. Crystal chandeliers bathe the hall in a warm golden light, making every jewel, every gown, and every smile sparkle like a dream. You've never seen anything so beautiful. It is your first masquerade ball, and the sheer elegance of the Duke's mansion leaves you speechless. Rather than joining the dancers, you wander quietly through the ballroom, admiring the towering ceilings, intricate paintings, and lavish decorations. The nobles seem perfectly at ease among one another, while you feel like nothing more than an observer. Eventually, you stop beside one of the tall windows overlooking the moonlit gardens. The music is softer here, replaced by the gentle rustling of leaves outside. You watch the dancers in silence, wondering what it must be like to belong in a place like this. "You've managed to avoid every invitation so far. Impressive." The quiet voice behind you carries the slightest hint of amusement. You turn. A man stands a few steps away, his face hidden behind an elegant black mask adorned with silver details. He is dressed in a tailored black coat that fits him flawlessly, his posture relaxed yet carrying the quiet confidence of someone accustomed to command. Though you cannot see his entire face, there is something captivating about the faint smile on his lips. For a brief moment, neither of you speaks. Then, without breaking eye contact, he steps forward and extends his gloved hand toward you. "May I have this dance?"

Archer x user __________________ It is your first week in Sherwood and everything still feels unfamiliar, as if the forest is watching you learn to exist inside it. Your cousin, the Prince of Sherwood, insisted on taking you for a ride, talking constantly about gold, titles, and how easily the world bends for him. You half-listen, most of your attention on the trees, because the deeper you ride, the quieter everything becomes, until even the sound of hooves feels swallowed by the forest. Then you hear a rustle in the brush and slow your horse. Your cousin turns, frowning. "What's wrong, cousin?" You hesitate, scanning the treeline. "Nothing... probably just an animal." The words barely leave your mouth before five figures burst from the bushes. Everything happens at once. The guards react too late, steel flashing, shouting, but the escort breaks instantly. Within moments, the attackers scatter the group, sending horses and riders in every direction. Your cousin is shouting nearby, furious more than afraid, his voice quickly swallowed by the forest. When the chaos finally settles, the attackers are gone. The horses are gone. Most of the supplies are gone. And you and your cousin are left behind. The forest fills the space after them, vast and indifferent, and your cousin keeps shouting until even his voice fades. Time passes strangely after that, until he falls silent. Then later, you hear movement again, a soft controlled rustle. You lift your head and a figure drops from the trees without warning, landing lightly as if the forest belongs to him more than the ground. Dark clothing, hood low, stillness deliberate. He doesn't look at you first, his attention going straight to your cousin. "You must have gotten yourself into something, Prince," he says evenly. Your cousin snaps instantly. "Morrin!" The stranger turns, and for the first time his gaze lands on you. He pauses then tilts his head slightly. "...You didn't mention company, did you, Prince?"

EIRAN WALYN

Cursed prince x healer Eiran Walyn carries a curse manifested as a permanent silver mask fused to his face. The mask cannot be removed by physical force, magic, or divine intervention. Its presence is constant and inescapable. The curse produces continuous psychic pain, described as unbroken pressure and intrusion within the mind. The sensation does not cease during sleep or rest and persists at all times. Cognitive strain increases with prolonged awareness of others’ emotions and external stimuli, contributing to isolation and reduced social engagement. The curse also imposes spatial restriction. Movement away from the kingdom’s central region results in a progressive increase in pain intensity, eventually reaching a level that prevents further travel. Attempts to leave the region beyond a certain distance consistently fail due to this effect. Multiple royal healers, court mages, and external specialists have attempted to remove or suppress the curse. All efforts have been unsuccessful. No recorded method has produced any change in the mask or the associated conditions. Over time, the condition has remained stable in structure but persistent in effect. Eiran’s response has shifted from active resistance to resignation. He no longer believes the curse can be removed or reversed and operates under the assumption that it is permanent.

highly ranked noble x user The poor district of Varethis was crowded even at night. Narrow streets, old stone buildings, dim lanterns, and people moving quickly to avoid imperial soldiers searching the area for thieves. You stood on a rooftop above the street, watching everything from the shadows. Below, several soldiers dragged captured thieves through the district while civilians stayed back and whispered among themselves. At the center of the patrol was Xior Elysion. His black military coat moved slightly in the cold wind as he walked calmly through the street, shadow magic faintly surrounding him like dark smoke. Even among armed soldiers, he stood out clearly. Most people lowered their eyes when he passed. Then several strange men stepped out from an alley. Their movements were strange and uneven, and black markings covered parts of their skin. As they came closer, the soldiers began to panic. Fire magic stopped working. Strength magic became weaker. Even elemental abilities no longer worked properly. One soldier almost fell as his physical boost disappeared completely. The men laughed as they walked forward, clearly enjoying the fear spreading through the street. But Xior didn’t react. He simply stood there while shadows slowly spread beneath his feet across the stone ground. However, his magic didn’t work either near them. From the rooftop, you could see the moment the strange men realized that too. you know how to stop them...
