(Izuku a omega in class 1-A was fighting against tons of villains along everyone else in class 1-A but he ended up getting pretty hurt, and hit by a quirk that made his mental health slowly decline) (Izuku locked himself in his room while his classmates and other pro heros tried to figire out how to fix the side effects of the quirk he was hit by, sadly Izuku had a mental break down and attacked his classmates when they visited him to try and help so he ended up in a mental hospital till they could reverse the quirks effect on him for everyones safety) (You are a new doctor in the mental hospital who was assigned to help him ask questions how thid quirk manefest do research on what quirk he was hit by and how to fix it and other cases that might be similar and treatments to help him control his new mental health struggles)

(Izuku got all dressed up and pretty as they all were gonna meet other heros and pro heros at a party to you know make connections get internships anything useful for their hero careers, Izuku is a omega so very feminine he's fine with it and wears lots of dresses now and his classmates and teacher aizawa are protective of him more so then before, and your a new student in their class whos attending and getting to know these very classmates)

(Katsuki is a male omega, sadly the entire U.A. school got attacked and Katsuki got kidnapped and he ended up with lots of issues and he was put by his parents Mitsuki and Masaru into a near by mental hospital right next to U.A. but he also has other special issues related to him being a omega, class 1-A disagree with this choice but nothing can be done unlessma doctor can get him out so they knew you a new student with a medical liscence was coming and wanted you to meet him and give your opinion)

(aizawa and the entire class of 1-A was waiting for katsuki to show up, and the new kid so aizawa eventually got fed up waiting and the class got worried to went to find them to everyone surprise and no one's at the same time they heard noises from the new persons dorm room and one was from the new person one was from katsuki they quickly went back to the classroom and gave them privacy not wanting to be apart of that)

(You are now the new assisant to Aizawa your a new student as well apart of class 1-A you have medical experience and are a great student dispite having many issues so they figured you'd fit in the class really well. When you walked in Katsuki imidiately caught your attention he's a little curious about you as he's staring, he smells like cotton candy, he's clearly a omega male, and he wears super petty dresses that are a little revealing, but gorgeous, and accesories, plus makeup included in that. Also Katsuki, Denki, and Deku are male omegas, mineta was moved to another class, and Shinso is now in this class and an alpha who's mated to Denki)

(Everyones being tested to see what their second gender is except you as you already know yours, so everyone else will get a paper with their second gender being omega, beta, or alpha today everyones pretty curious what they will be)

(your a new hire pick your age and gender backround and so on that you'd like, but your main job is the same to patch up the students before recovery girl kicks their butts for making her job so hard and to help them mentally after all being a hero is hard work mentally and class 1-A is the most stubborn and traumatized class which is why you were hired in the first place which surprised no one, also omegaverse exists in this world so have fun with that)

(your a royal and you have rare and cool pokemon your whatever second gender you wish to be but class 1-A is very excited to meet you)

(katsuki goes to U.A. and he's the only omega but he's still quite strong since he won the sports festival in first place in which is impressive he is apart of class 1-A aizawa is his teacher and thats the best class in all of U.A. preformance wise but today was weird someone just dropped a baby outside of U.A.)

(Pokemon mha and omegaverse, katsuki is a omega in class inside the scholl of U.A. he's feminine loves dresses and jewlery but he also loves pokemon just as much and today everyone is getting a free pokemon which everyones thrilled about even aizawa is and hes not excited for much)

(A mix of mha omegaverse and pokemon, katsuki is a omega apart of the school named U.A. in class 1-A the best most succesful class in the entire school recently everyone was told they could bring pokemon to class they have or finally adopt and get pokemon eggs to raise on the schools dime but since katsuki never had a pokemon he picked a very pretty small blue pokemon egg to be his future pokemon)

(everyone is picking pokemon eggs out to hatch and raise katsuki just choosed his egg it's a pretty orange red tinted egg its pretty shiny and kinda big compared to most eggs, katsuki is the only omega in U.A. right now and he's pretty nice now mostly at least he really loves pokemon so he's excited about this opportunity to get one for free from U.A. even if it's random and raising one from a egg will be hard)

(your a royal from another place your gonna attend U.A. as a new student and are now apart of class 1-A and you have a massive dorm with it's own 6 rooms 3 bathrooms a living room and kitchen! the kitchen is quite big as well!)

(You run a special farm it can be a new animal, geneticly engeniered animals, hybrids, special science created animals, whatever your brain can come up with even dinosaurs if you want, but class 1-A is coming on a tour of this place and Katsuki is a omega the only one in his class as normal it's omegaverse have fun and go crazy if you'd like)

(It's katsuki's a talented omega and it's his birthday he got the beautiful cake above ordered for him and the class to celebrate and he went to pick it up with the class from the store you own and your also a student in his class just a rich one that decided to surprise him with the cake for free but you got caught on accident)

(as a reward for class 1-A being the best class they were all offered to have custom clothes made for them you are a class 1-A student and Nezu paid you to do this knowing your talent for making clothes, katsuki is a omega and the other can be whatever you wish)

(Katsuki is in U.A. apart of class 1-A he is a male omega and can sing and dance very well and is quite pretty as well and wears dresses all the time, he's expected to preform for the prom at U.A. but hes not given a song to sing so he has to find one there's no limits on what song it can be so he's taking suggestions from people)

(Katsuki is a omega very feminine he's pretty nice and sweet but is determined and knows what he wants, Mitsuki his mother and Masaru his father decided he should should get a mate or married since they are having issues paying the money for U.A. and katsuki hates living with them due to Mitsuki's controlling behaviors including this one so he's pretty annoyed at this even the entire school knows about this)

(All Might was to harsh with Katsuki and Izuku when he fought them Izuku was healed by recovery girl but Katsuki couldn't be healed fully so someone had to care for him in their dorm so he can recover, All Might was forced to retire becuse of the brain injury Katsuki recieved because of him, Katsuki is a beautiful sweet omega male who's very feminine and dresses beautifully)

Class 1-A from U.A. came to your peoples island to meet you the new student and to learn about your culture since its entirely unknown and not been researched at all they all have to write a paper about it for a grade, Katsuki is a omega male and quite feminine he is very intrested in your culture more then the others

Katsuki is a attractive young omega male in class 1-A the best class in U.A. and super feminine so everyone wants him especially since people exposed his family for being rich recently and him winning 1st place in the sports festival made him desired by a lot of people

Katsuki is a feminine omega male in U.A. with class 1-A a lot of males have eyes on him but he doesn't care and ignores them then later asks you out to the prom to avoid being harassed seeing as your the strongest male in U.A. and extreamly moral and respectful he even seems to have a bit of a crush on you

Recently japan got bad so it changed recently a royal family was offered to have their family take over japan it was accepted you were the heir back home but since your father hasn't retired yet you went to japan to take over there for a while instead and your in U.A. and invited the class over to the palace you live in now, and omegaverse is a thing Katsuki is a omega by the way the only one at U.A.

the students took a trip to a special bought land that now holds dinosaurs, tons if nornal animals, and fun activities like horse riding petting dinosaurs buying stuffed animals great attractions for large rare and impresive animals dinosaurs and things like lions included only class 1-A from the school of U.A. got good enough scores to come on the trip, also Katsuki is a omega

Class 1-A is heading to your ball simple reason why is cause your the new student everyones excited to meet you, but your a not human a diffrent species to be exact so your to nervous to go to U.A. automatically especially being part of a royal family you tend to question peoples intentions, so class 1-A dressed up and came to you, and katsuki is a omega

Everyone in class 1-A is going to a party for rich people so you can expect this won't be fun everyones trying to dress up nice moderate sexy and so on to get rich and powerful connections to boost their careers and bakugo is dressing more showy and is a omega so it makes sense, your all gonna go to the party when everyones dresses up and your still finishing up

Your gonna attend U.A. specifically class 1-A and they have vidoes to watch to get an idea what you are like and capable of and everyone has second genders so omegas, betas, and alphas

Katsuki bakugo is a omega so he can get pregnant and well he did with your baby or babies you pick, you both still attend U.A. and your normal class which is class 1-A everyones noticed it now and everyones dressing up for interviews and the later party

In this world you get a birth mark of some animal, or things likes dot, or heart which gets a color at 16 as a sign if your potential future, white means unknown, black means more emotionless or dark future or unknown in some cases, blue means bright or creative, red protective lovely and family person as options, gold means pure sinless heart as good as gold or royalty, yellow energetic and intresting, green can mean jealous good with plants or nature, pink can mean attractive or very loved, purple special in some way, others are less common

(in the middle of the night katsuki a omega male dissapeared everyone knew he was kidnapped being a hero at U.A. wasnt easy especially while being in class 1-A the best class in the whole school but as usual your a class 1-A student your whole class when searching for him and found him...)

your the monster prince or princess your the heir to the throne humans want to avoid conflict and many saw this as a opportunity to present their kids to you for marriage theres lot of males and females dressed up in diffrent ways

Japans economy is poor no one can afford much from other states if at all and they are desperate especially Katsuki he is a omega and he knows he and others are at high risk for villain attacks and worse with such a vulnerable state they reached out to you a monster and heir to the throne to help them you came to see whats up

(your the new student at U.A. everyone just got their soulmate color, todoroki and deku have black, mina and kirishima have yellow, shinso and denki has dark blue, Aizawa and Mic have purple, Katsuki has white and so do you and he's a omega male)

Katsuki Bakugo joined U.A. but he was quite disliked for his bad attitude and was found to be a omega at that monsters won a war years ago with one monster who was the strongest and that was you he was thrown infront of you in very revealing clothes so you could do whatever to him all in hopes you don't destroy U.A. or the rest of japan knowing your history no one thinks your here for good reasons

You and Katsuki are in U.A. in aizawas class you both decided to skip to have some fun spicy time together in your dorm he's leaning on your bed go from there, also Katsuki is a omega and your an alpha... (for those that don't like these types of scenarios I'm sorry just ignore if that's the case)
