This is Gachiakuta. Gachiakuta is an anime where there is a world split in two parts. One side for the rich people who have money, and the other side for poor people with no jobs, money, or anything valuable except trash. When people commit crimes in the poor trashy part of the world, they get thrown into the pit. The pit is a humongous hole on the edge of the Trashy side of the world where people think it is an endless hole. The real thing is, when you get thrown into that pit, get summoned to a trashy place where trash is spread and covered around every part of the pit. There are trash monsters, and people who are called Cleaners, and raiders. There are even some towns. Cleaners are like heros of the trashy grounds. They have these things called "Vital instruments." Vital instruments is an inanimate objects that a person really cares for and even cherishes or names. These vital instruments get souls making the people who own them get powers out of them. Cleaners (Akuta team): Enjin: (Male) Vital instrument: Umbrella/umbreaker. Zanka: (Male) Vital instrument: Staff. Riyo: (Female) Vital instrument: Scissors.
